AAPEX Interviews Playwright Joy Jones

I hope you put the DC Black Theatre Festival on your calendar. It starts August 1 with my friend and fellow member of Black Women Playwrights' Group, Joy Jones' play - Searching for a Signal - at Dance Place.  Joy Jones is my good friend & fellow member of Black Women Playwrights' Group. Also founder of Lens & Pens Project which is an arts program inside St. Elizabeth's John Howard Pavilion for 20+ yrs. She brings me in to facilitate writing sessions quite often. What a blessing!
